Who this option is for:  anyone who desires a healthier relationship with food and wants to feel good in their body!  You know you could use a good kick in the butt to get back on track and might want to shake off a couple of pounds in the process.  This is not a “weight loss” challenge but most participants do easily lose weight when they start listening to their body's innate wisdom and proper cues when to eat.  You are ready to delete dieting and divorce the diet culture, are ready to work the daily challenges, and make the most out of this 30-day experience and ideally beyond!  


THE SMOOTHIE BOWL  

Includes:

✔ Daily access to the private 30-Day Mindful Eating Challenge online video collection - this is a 4-week virtual challenge.

✔  Four 20-minute video appointments with Jennifer using HIPPA-safe online nutrition platform (must have video access on your computer or phone).   

Superbills for our video appointments to submit to insurance companies for reimbursement* (Please contact your insurance provider to discuss your coverage for medical nutrition therapy by a registered dietitian since I cannot guarantee that your particular plan will cover our time together.  However, because I am a registered dietitian you may receive reimbursement based on your insurance, coverage and deductible).

Who this option is for:  anyone who is ready to feel good in their body, have a healthier relationship with food and would benefit from some basic guidance for personally refining their eating skills during the 30-Day Challenge.  During our weekly live video chats, we will review your food choices, eating habits, nutrition strengths and weaknesses as well as mindful eating exercises and how to maximize your time and effort during the challenge so you get the most out of your 30-day experience.  If you prefer to do two longer 40-minute appointments, we can discuss that as well.  


THE AVOCADO TOAST (with everything)

Includes:

✔ Daily access to the private 30-Day Mindful Eating Challenge online video collection - this is a 4-week virtual challenge.

✔  Four 1-hour video appointments with Jennifer using HIPPA-safe online nutrition platform (must have video access on your computer or phone).

During our live video chats we will have time to do a deep dive and review your food choices, explore current eating habits, discuss your nutrition strengths and weaknesses as well as chat about your personal mindful eating exercises and how to maximize your time and effort during the challenge so you get the most out of your 30-day experience.  I am here as your personal dietitian and nutrition expert to help you connect the dots in order to create the relationship with food and your body that you want and deserve.
