Ingredients

1/2 cup d'tox plant-based yogurt or yogurt of choice

1/2 cup pomegranate or favorite fruit

5 walnuts, crumbled

1 teaspoon Himalania organic dark chocolate chia seeds or raw cacao nibs

1 Tablespoon-ish of Trader Joe's large coconut flakes

Instructions

Add yogurt to bowl with your favorite fruit and toppings.  I'm a HUGE fan of d'tox plant based yogurt because it's made with nuts, sprouted quinoa and probiotics.  

My Loaded Yogurt Bowl changes every week depending on seasonal ingredients and what looked amazing at the market!  Some of my favorite fruits in my yogurt include pomegranate (so sad it's very seasonal - October to February!).  Store in refrigerator for 3-4 weeks, uncut, if you can't open immediately.
