DAY # 14
EAT IN SILENCE.
Congratulations! Today is day 14 and for two weeks you’ve been incorporating mindful eating skills. If you're paying attention to your relationship with food, you should be noticing some pretty profound changes with personal A-ha moments.
Today I will eat alone, in total silence without distraction, for the duration of my meal.
Since this is a challenge, try to do this as many times today as possible and incorporate as many of your ME (mindful eating) skills as you've developed through the past two weeks. You want to make this a challenge and really learn about your habits and patterns so that you can develop better, healthier ones! Pay attention to how you are feeling or what you are thinking about when you are eating in silence. Pay attention to your food, each bite, and incorporate as many mindful eating skills as you can. Don't let your mind convince you that you can't do this because you absolutely can.
