Who this option is for:  the bariatric patient who either didn’t have a bariatric dietitian or they only saw their dietitian one time and would benefit from or require additional support during the 30-Day Challenge.  During our live video chats we will review your food choices, eating habits, nutrition strengths and weaknesses as well as mindful eating exercises and how to maximize your time and effort during the challenge so you get the most out of your 30-day experience.
