The Loaded Yogurt Bowl (LYB)

I think this might be the reason I’ve been struggling this week and it’s only Tuesday. You see, I make some version of my LYB everyday because it’s one of my favorite things to eat and it only takes perhaps three minutes to whip up. That is as long as I have all the key ingredients.
