Lately yoga has been calling my name.   Hard.  It does that when I take too long of a break from it.  My body craves yoga and says, okay, enough is enough please do some stretching, postures, and breathing [emphasis on this]!  I've been riding my bike on the Atlanta Belt Line 1-2 times a week, which I love.  Quite frankly I'm shocked that it's the end of June and I'm still able to exercise outdoors without passing out from heat exhaustion.  The humidity has been super low this year and I'm loving it.  I got addicted to that San Diego weather we had in May!

I've wanted to check out Infinity Yoga, now YogaWorks in O4W for awhile and decided to take advantage of their great deal:  2 weeks of unlimited classes for $20!  How can you beat that?  If you've always wanted to take a class and need an introduction without a big intimidation factor, this studio is for you.  The classes are smaller and more intimate, think 12-15 peeps, and it lacks the competition pose vibe I feel at some studios.  I've only taken from Ashley Lorenzo (great transitions, music and vibe) and Jenny Kontos (very creative sequencing, awesome personal journey), both quite skilled and different yoga styles.  I look forward to experiencing the rest of the gifted yogi's here as well.

So after taking a class I felt at home and connected with the adorable studio manager, Katie Bishop and discussed collaborating.   So what's happening is that Jenny Kontos is leading Mindful Popup class on Saturday, July 28st around 430pm and I'm going to chat about mindful eating, discuss the benefits of incorporating mindfulness off the yoga mat and and do a chocolate mindful eating exercise (holla!!).  YAS my healthy tribe, come check it out...

Sooooo stay tuned!
